I have never set foot inside Silver Rice. I’m not even sure I could find it on a map, but I have Uber Eats-ed their spicy tuna bowl enough times that the app has stopped asking me to rate it and started just assuming. It tastes like someone in that kitchen actually cares: fresh, properly spicy, and hits a note that takes me straight back to a rice bowl on a beach in Hawaii, which is either a compliment to them or a cry for help from me. Either way, I’m not stopping. If you’re even mildly curious about a spicy tuna bowl, this is your sign. Go get it.
