Really fast turnaround and the lettering came in a ready made template that was like a jigsaw piece that slotted together to attached to your chosen backboard, pretty fool proof. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again for internal signage in the future. Well done and thank you!
Terrible Product Quality and Customer Service β Avoid at All Costs
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this sign shop if you value quality and professionalism. We were advised over the phone to buy a 3D sign, even though we initially expressed a preference for a simple adhesive sign. Their representative insisted that the 3D sign was the best option for our needs, and we took their advice in good faith.
When the sign arrived, we were shocked by the poor quality. The materials were thin, fragile, and clearly not suitable for a storefront. In fact, two of the letters were already broken upon arrival. This was extremely disappointing, especially as we were about to open our shop.
Over the years, Iβve worked with many sign companies, and all have been willing to make things right in case of any issues. Not this company. Their response was not only dismissive but also rude and accusatory. They claimed we were responsible for the damage and refused to take any accountability, even accusing us of breaking the sign ourselves.
After multiple conversations, they grudgingly offered to replace only the two broken letters, which did nothing to address the overall quality issues or our inability to use such a fragile product for our business. We even asked if we could return the 3D sign and purchase an adhesive option instead, but they outright refused, telling us to βdo whatever you want.β
This company does not stand by its products, nor does it provide any real customer support. Their signs are flimsy, break with the slightest touch, and come with zero accountability from the company.
The fastest, accurate and incredibly reliable service by far, I cannot recommend them enough, this is the second time I have used Custom Acrylics, and I will not use anyone else!!
Give then a try you won't be disappointed!!

The letters started to fall off after 5 months of using it. Terrible customer service. Keep "seen" my messages but never reply. Dont buy it from them. Absolutely waste of money!!!

What a waste of time . Contacted him in September 2023 and drove from Liverpool to Formby. He told me he could do the job I wanted . But he informed me he was very busy at the time. I told him I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind waiting till the new year . Since then, I've sent numerous texts, and he tells you he'll text you back but never does . It seems like he's not interested . It's been 6 months, so I've given up wasting anymore of my time . So, thanks for wasting my time, Matt. You're a joke.

I used signworks to produce some acrylic letters for my shop sign.
Very impressed with them from the ease of the Internet ordering to being kept informed at the various stages of production. Letters arrived quickly. Had full instructions with a template. Very easy to install. Looks fantastic.
