The new format of not being able to create your own sign and having the arduous process of back and forth... Also, trying to change a credit card, sent to another group, twice,,, no pick up. two days with a total of one hour for three small office signs, not worth it. I had been a customer for many years... moving on to the competition.
Ordered two banners, one had changes on the proof that needed to be made. I called them 7 times over two days to change one sponsorship logo that the bottom was cut off.....it never got changed after talking & emailing examples to 7 different people....all of who don't work in Salt Lake City. I even asked to cancel the order and I'd fix it and resubmit it.....no, they didn't want to do that. Not to mention the second banner ordered had the correct logo....
Customer Service was very nice, unfortunately they just couldn't fix the problem with it being relayed around the world. Banner quality, we will see when they arrive.
Wow!! This company exceeded my expectations. The deliveries were timely, there design services were efficient and effective, and the products look stunning!!
I ordered a window sign on the website with white lettering on clear background. They sent me a sign with black lettering. When I tried to get them to correct it they refused remedy the situation even though my order specifically said white lettering on clear background. Whatever you do don't do business with this company!!!!
Excellent Quality products, I have been using this company for the past four years for my business & have never had any issues w/ the company at all. I have purchased stickers, banners, signs, & even business cards for my restaurant. Every time I have used them my items have arrived on time & correctly.
Picked up thousands of signs from these guys and they were the best at helping me load up, often with multiple people. Couldn't be better.
Signs are too short for the frames that I bought from you previously. You advertise the signs are 24x18 but they are really only 23-1/2. This doesn't allow them to stay in the frame properly. Not pleased.

I was a big fan until recently. I have repeatedly emailed regarding some errors on a relatively simple order which they have never filled and I cannot seem to get a refund. I have called and it has taken immense amounts of time and ends up still being problematic. I even decided to place the order a second rime (because I need it) and I now have TWO orders that they cannot seem to complete but do not refund . Such poor customer response. Still hoping they will address this.
