I met with Eric, the owner of Signature Estate Sales today & was super impressed. He’s a very honest family man who couldn’t have been more fair with the purchasing of some of my special belongings. I had been to someone else last week but Eric truly understood the value of my things and didn’t try to cheat me like the other person I visited did. I was referred to Eric by a close friend after my first experience & was glad I chose to meet with him. It was definitely worth my time personally & financially. I learned a lot. Thank you.
Lovely experience!! I had never been to an estate sale before today, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff were so lovely and beyond helpful. I bought a coffee table which was slightly too big for my husband’s SUV and the staff tried their very best to help us get it in there. When that initial effort didn’t work, they brought out tools to and bungee cords until we felt comfortable driving it home. We ended up getting a beautiful wooden coffee table, a small bookshelf, a console table, binoculars, and the sweetest little clock for under $400 which is awesome.
It’s always a great experience shopping when an estate sale is hosted by the team of Signature Estate Sales. Everything is well organized, prices are fair and the staff is friendly and professional. You can tell they care about creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. I always find unique items and look forward to every sale they host!

Last Wednesday for the very first time I go to Signature estate sale.
It’s very difficult for me to express my experience with them in words. The whole team was so supportive, focused, organized and friendly not only with each other but with all the people they were interacting. They were working like a family member and they were treating people like a family person. Even they were helping people in carrying heavy items which is not a norm in estate sales. From parking to loading items I saw an amazing organization. The whole time I was there I felt a very positive energy.
If I have to rank them, I will rank them number 1.

The checkout process was ridiculous. There was no line at the register, and the cashier wasn't helping anyone, but I still couldn't pay for my 2 items because I didn't have a ticket written. Instead of writing the ticket herself and checking me out, I had to go find someone to write a ticket and the come back to the same cashier-who was still doing nothing-to finally pay. Completely inefficient and frustrating.

This is by far one of the best Estate Sale Companies out there. Nanette marks items realistically because she understands value. I think that is why her sales draw a lot more buyers than many of the others. When standing in line early morning l always hear people saying that they specifically follow her Estate Sales.
