We are deeply concerned by your son's experience and sincerely apologize for the service your son received. After a thorough investigation, we discovered a member of staff had not been following our strict hygiene and safety protocols. This was a new employee and is no longer employed.

Our salon maintains rigorous training standards and sterilization procedures, which were not followed in this instance. We are committed to preventing such incidents in the future.

Preaw did my hair: color, highlights and haircut. What a phenomenal job. Por: did my mani & pedi with gel polish. Fantastic job as well as 2 nails were broken and she fixed them for a small surcharge only. I definitely recommend to others and will come again when I am back in Pattaya.
