Patrizia was absolutely wonderful! She welcomed us into her beautiful home and was so good with my two teenage boys.
We really enjoyed the trip to Capo market and made a DELICIOUS meal that absolutely can be replicated at home. This is something we would absolutely do again and we would highly recommend a cooking class with Patrizia!

Had such a wonderful time with Patrizia learning traditional Sicilian dishes made with such simplicity and elegance. Perfect way to spend a few hours with a new and beautiful friend. Really top draw experience! Patricia is passionate about Sicilian food culture and shines with delicious home made caponata, pestos and olive oil. Her home is welcoming with beautiful tableware and a lovely ambiance. The selection of tasty cheeses and high end wines are generous - her home made Lemoncello is mind blowing!
We highly rate this tour and loved the fact that her black cat, Mimi could join us!

It was the most delicious meal I had had in Italy to that point, as she sets a high standard to match👍🏼👍🏼 . Wir hatten aus Termingründen unseren Termin am Abend. Wir wollten Sizilien nicht nur sehen, sondern auch durch die sizilianische Küche verstehen lernen. Deshalb buchten wir einen Kochkurs. Es war Zufall, dass wir so ein großartiges Erlebnis miterleben durften. Patricia war so eine warmherzige und begnadete Begleiterin an diesem Abend, dass es für uns der Höhepunkt unserer sizilianischen Reise war. Sizilien besticht durch einfache,aber rafinierte Speisen. Wir haben sehr viel verstehen gelernt. Ich mag jetzt auch Mellanzani und die Caponata wir bei uns jetzt regelmäßig zubereitet. Dieser Abend hätte für uns nie enden sollen, so schön war er für uns. Empfehlung: den Kurs direkt bei Patricia buchen, unvergesslich mit dieser Frau zu philosophieren. Alles Gute Patricia

Suggerisco a Patrizia in attenzione maggiore ai particolari … il pane no dal freezer dopo il primo giro … quantità giuste ma non abbondanti… è un pochino più di pulizia in generale ! Bella serata ! Suggerito !

Truly amazing experience … I would even go as far to say it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip in Italy. From start to finish Patrizia made our wine tasting experience feel like we were truly at home with a friend. It was supposed to be a wine tasting of Sicilian wines and cheeses but not only that , we ended up tasting pastas and other dishes she cared to share with us while recanting stories and talking about Sicily. Truly a one of a kind experience that is ABSOLUTELY worth it and will definitely be back again !

If you're planning to do anything while in Sicily, make sure this is at the top of your list! My friend and I chose the country house cooking class with Patrizia, and it was truly unforgettable. We took the train from Palermo to Santo Stefano, where Patrizia warmly greeted us and drove us to her stunning country home nestled in the mountains. The setting was picturesque, and Patrizia welcomed us with open arms, sharing her passion for cooking and Sicilian hospitality. We prepared a delicious meal together, sipped wine, and enjoyed wonderful conversation. It was a unique and enriching experience, unlike anything we've done before. This is an absolute must if you're in the Palermo or Santo Stefano area

I did the wine tasting and it was outstanding. What a great experience. The owner is so knowledgeable and fun. The pairings she did were excellent. The best wine tasting i have ever done.
