Brilliant water park but there are some light fingered people Me and my family had a day out at Siam Park on the 7th August 2024 we got there nice and early so we could purchase the fast track tickets which were 23 euros each ticket. was the fast track worth buy, YES but in the afternoon there was still a 45 minute wait on most water slides. but we managed to get on the most popular slides before the park got extremely busy. the site is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Now for the negative part of our experience and a big warning to all, my son and his girlfriend decided to go to Siam beach to experience the waves, they both took of the footwear and left like most others did at the side of the beach on his return some nice person decided they wanted to steal his Yeezy form runners which was not cheap, this was reported to the security and to be honest there was nothing we could do, apparently this is a common thing to happen, we was not happy. so my warning to all who visit Siam Park don't take nice sliders or any other footwear that are expensive just take some cheap footwear so you can return back to your hotels with something on your feet.

Highly unsatissfied The terrible stay minute after minute made us miserable. First of all - absurd idea of queues made only for almost obligatory photos. A XX century idea that violates ecology by production of unwanted photos they will dump on the end… It’s winter, low season and waiting for „all” the atractions (wave pool and volcano were out of order) was Fun destroying. The queues to bars were for 45-60min waiting and after all the quality of the food was terrible. Worst quality udercoocked fast foods 🤮 The sidewalks are very hard to walk bare foot and there is a lack of information on the site. We leave after 4h, with maximum 1h of time spended in the pools and the rest spent standing as dumdums in those lines for overrated experiences. In our (familly of 4 with 12 an 9 yo children) opinion Siam isn’t event the best park on Tenerife, for shure not in europe, and the idea that it is the best waterpark in the world is absurd

Waste of time queuing Visited the park in august with two kids and I am very disappointed. We arrived at 10:30AM at the park(open at 10AM), left at 17:40 and we managed to go only to 5 rides. The waiting time for each ride is between 1 hour and 1:20 minutes. We had only 40 min break for lunch. Spend the day waiting on queues. I don’t think is fun waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for only 30-40 seconds fun on the ride. Another negatives: no enough boards with directions(very confusing) no rings for the slides(tourists were fighting over them) the park sells more tickets that the capacity of the park staff are quite rude and speak only on Spanish. Have to ask to translate on English otherwise won’t know what they are saying The price of the food is overpriced which is normal for the attractions. I bought a burgers (€5.75 each) and ask the staff for ketchup - they asked me to pay €0.50 per sachet. Overall I won’t recommended. Book another attraction so you can have a valuable time with family instead spend it queuing

Way overcrowded! The park is amazing and the slides are awesome, that is, if you are able to get to them! It is absolutely pointless to visit if you aren't able to get a fast pass (sold only inside the park and sells out very quickly). The waiting time is 45-75 minutes for a slide, and the actual ride is less than a minute. It is impossible to cover all the slides (there aren't that many - there just isn't enough time with all the waiting in line). It is obvious that they couldn't care less about the guests' experience, but only about their profits, since there are at least double the number of visitors that there should be in one day in order for the waiting time to be bearable. Also, the famous shark tank is so dirty it is sad to look at. All in all, if you are able to get a fast pass (even though is costs more than half of the entrance ticket price), you can have a great day, but if the passes sell out before your turn, ger ready for a day of endless lines, waiting amd frustration.

not returning deposit for lockers and towels Way to many people and if you pre-book tickets with lockers and towels it changes nothing, staying in the same lines for these items with people with no tickets! fast passes sold out before we’ve got the lockers, 6 h there to use 5 slides ! waiting for 1,5 h to get a locker, paid the deposit (40 euro, 2 x towels, 2 x lockers), money never returned to my card. Many emails and FB messages with no answer! “Nice” way to make extra money.

DONT GO Overselling tickets, we left and went to the beach after going on 2 slides in almost 3 hours Bad service, no fast passes anymore and waiting lines of more than a hout every slide, they sell too many tickets just to take your money, if they would care about your experience, they wouldnt oversell so much, tip dont go (ga hier niet heen bespaar je tijd en geld)

Awful Awful, unacceptably dangerous busy, no lockers, rude and unhelpful staff, waste of money. Could not say worse things about this park. I visited this park a few years ago and it was great reasonable amount of people, it has turned into a complete money pit they only care about numbers. Accident waiting to happen, lock your children to your arm. Gave up finding lockers and left at 12.30 after arriving at 10.30 and spending the whole time trying to find a locker. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wow, just wow What a fantastic park! We were skeptical and did not think it can be THIS good but it was. It's simpy fantastic and whoever manages the park has done a phenomenal job. Everything is really well thought out - lockers all over the park, lots of shaded areas, lots of sun loungers and chairs, plenty of spots to get food and drink. The only thing we struggled with is finding showers/changing rooms but that's me just nit picking. Cannot wait to return!

A great day out! A wonderful day out for everyone! Definitely buy tickets before you go to avoid the queues getting in. Free buses go around the south every half an hour which we used to get to the park and back. Definitely look online for guides on which rides to do first as the queues get long around lunch time. Was expecting crazy prices for snack food but we had a great lunch. There’s such a mix of rides- exciting to calm, I would recommend coming to Siam park if you’re planning a trip to Tenerife

We absolutely love this place but……. We love this place and have visited at least half a dozen times previously 3 observations on this fantastic placeDon’t like being made to wait in line to have a photo taken before entering the park. We were shouted at by the team of female photographers for trying to skip the line and were told to wait in line regardless (I’ve no idea why we have to wait as we had paid and actually entered the park at this point)Second observation - many of the staff seem disinterested and definitely not customer focused. When buying locker rental the young lady serving us didn’t even make eye contact and the same when returning the key for the deposit (we weren’t even asked if we wanted the 5 Euro deposit back on our card which we paid with and was just abruptly given cash)Last observation - multiple security guards roaming the park with truncheons and handcuffs! Really! Is this needed??!! This is a family water park and really spoils the ambiance Please give your guests the great customer experience that a world class facility should offerWe look forward to returning and seeing an improvement in customer service

Superbe park siam à faire ! excellente journée ! Nous avons passé une très agréable journée au Park Siam avec notre ado de 14 ans qui a adoré également en ces vacances de Pâques. Nous sommes arrivés à 9 h et ils ont ouvert les portes à 9 h 30. Il y a bien une file pour les personnes qui ont déjà acheté leurs billets en ligne pour aller plus vite, différente de la file des personnes qui achètent leur billet sur place. Les panneaux indiquant les attractions manquent à l'appel mais il y a plusieurs plans dans différents endroits du parc pour se repérer. Le fast pass est pratique à utiliser l'après midi car inutile le matin (28 €/jour/pers), nous avons pu faire l'énorme tobogan de la power tower 2 fois de suite sans queue dès notre arrivée. Nous avons adoré le snake et ses 4 tobogans tunnels différents (dans le noir, en extérieur et autres surprises ...), le volcan, the giant, le dragon et sa bouée à 4 personnes, Singha et Kinnaree avec ses parois hautes. On passe par 2 ou 4 dans les bouées mais on trouve toujours quelqu'un en solo dans la file, les animateurs se décarcassent pour cela. Le personnel est très sympa et drôle surtout au Volcan. L'énorme vague de 2 m vaut le détour à Siam beach. Les cabanes à casiers sont très nombreuses mais il faut bien se repérer. N'oubliez pas la crème solaire en passant au vestiaire car méga coups de soleil assurés. Attention aussi en sortant des bouées car peu de profondeur. On a pu faire les 5 activités phare plusieurs fois entre 9h et 17 h. De superbes moments et sensations fortes dans ce magnifique parc, propre et bien aménagé. Nous le recommandons vivement !!

Great but VIP is the only way as queues are longgggg Great park. Experienced VIP style with a cabana.It was expensive but included all food, all drink, entrance and unlimited fast passes which was worth its weigh in gold!Kids got to ride the slides again and again and Again and we all had food and drink galore. If I were to visit again, I would do the same.Really beautiful grounds.Kids said it was best day of our 10 day stay.

Great Experience I’ve never been a fan of crowded places but they actually handle the masses rather well considering how hard it must be. Yes we waited between 20 & 45 minutes for each ride the but the rides themselves were actually incredible! I’m baffled with how they kept the park so immaculate when having to deal with such high volumes of guests, even the food was far better than I expected. We had an amazing time and would actually come back to Tenerife solely for this water park!FYI the best ride is The Dragon 🐉
