not returning deposit for lockers and towels
Way to many people and if you pre-book tickets with lockers and towels it changes nothing, staying in the same lines for these items with people with no tickets! fast passes sold out before we’ve got the lockers, 6 h there to use 5 slides ! waiting for 1,5 h to get a locker, paid the deposit (40 euro, 2 x towels, 2 x lockers), money never returned to my card. Many emails and FB messages with no answer! “Nice” way to make extra money.
