Enjoyed the food but was incorrectly billed. I asked the manager politely to fix it but they didn’t, and I had to reach out to the bank myself. Not only do they not have a phone number to contact them, but they won’t respond to your texts nor emails. I reached out multiple times only to be ghosted. Horrible service
Very disappointed with the check out process. There was no paper receipt. The waiter brought out a “Bilt QR code” card at the end of our meal--without explaining the details of this process and what it implicated. I need a physical receipt. Also I booked my dinner via Resy and I used my Amex card to pay which I would like a proper receipt. On my card's transactions there was no Shukette restaurant name or details for the transaction to identify this restaurant's services, nor the restaurant's phone number to call for transaction issues--VERY CONFUSING… It took forever to pay on this Bilt platform. I don't understand why there was no regular payment like everywhere else. So please call me or contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Tried to call the restaurant, no live person to talk to, absolutely impossible to get customer service. Extremely disappointing.
