Excellent salon. I am a client of this salon for almost 4 years. I make lightening hair. I have thin fragile hair. Light your hair all my life. My experience with Shobie was absolutely wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to help me find a wig that matched everything I was looking for. She even showed me a wig I hadn’t initially considered, but once I tried it on, I instantly loved it and it ended up being the one I took home. Shobie and her daughter were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. They gave me all the time I needed to make a decision without any pressure or persuasion, offering genuinely useful advice while still allowing me to follow my own instincts. I was so pleased to find Shobie's saloon. I had been dealing with hair loss for a number of years and not sure what to do about it. Shobie gave great advice and fitted me with a fabulous hair topper. The salon is very relaxed and private. Have already recommended Shobie to a friend having the same hair thinning problems.

I have had a fear of going to a hairdressing salon for a few years as I found large and busy salons too noisy and overwhelming - and then I found Shobie's salon. From the start, I felt welcome and comfortable. It was a relaxing experience and environment, Shobie put me at ease and is very friendly - I enjoyed chatting to the other client. This is the second time I have visited Shobie, this time her Daughter Victoria helped me to find the correct topper. The service is amazing and Tailored to exactly what I needed. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. They ordered lots of different things for me to try until we found the correct one. Victoria gave me lots of advice on how to look after and style my topper. Would highly recommend.

Although I travelled 30 miles to this appointment, it was sooooo worth it. These two ladies know how to cut hair. I have recently been confirmed with FFA (Frontal fibrosis alopecia) but have been loosing hair for a long while now. Shobie cut and styled my hair to show the best of what I have left and Victoria has advised me on a topper that I am soon returning to have fitted. I went in looking like a grey mouse and came out grinning like the Cheshire Catt! I am so pleased and thankful.

Wonderful service from Victoria and her mum, from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome and a cup of tea. It was our first visit and we managed to find a topper we were very happy with and had a cut along with a very detailed explanation of how to use a topper, remove and how to look after it etc. We 100% recommend and would definitely return.

I approached Shobie for advice and guidance on my hair - she was very supportive and knowledgeable and on visiting her we agreed on a future care plan to be followed at home. Shobie also spent time matching my desired colour and gave me a brilliant cut and colour that brought my hair back to how I wanted it.
