Frankly my house was a mess beforehand as I've had severe back pain for over a month and couldn't bend or stretch. I feel as though my house has been restored to how I like it to be. I have been using Shiny House Cleaning for nearly two years now, following a recommendation from a friend. I am very happy with the cleaning service provided by our regular cleaner (Deimante), who comes every other week. We fully trust her, she is hard-working and really friendly. The company is flexible to re-arrange sessions that don't suit us, for whatever reason. I would not doubt to recommend them to others.

We have a regular cleaner, but if she is not able to attend for any reason, they are very good at finding a replacement, even if it is a last minute cancellation due to illness.
Shiny House's cleaners are always friendly, very good cleaners and work hard. And when they need to replace a cleaner at short notice, we have full confidence they will find a substitute who will do a thorough job.

Shiny house cleaning was an amazing find to fill in a gap period as our regular cleaner was on a summer break. We had the same cleaner for the time, she was professional and polite, would come sharp on time and take time to understand what needed to be done on the day. She also asked for extra supplies like certain type of sprays and sponges which I found good. She was able to do cleaning + ironing which was a bonus. I found their invoicing system very easy, and the customer support responsive/quick. I look forward to working with them during the christmas break.
I've never used a cleaner before Shiny House Cleaning because I was uncomfortable about a stranger being in my house or that they would not be able to clean to my standards. Natasha has been cleaning my house now every other week for 2 years and I can't live without her now! She is always on time and has never not turned up! She also does a great job and welcomes feedback if I like something done differently.
