Me and my family loved our stay! We rented out the whole place so that we could enjoy some time alone as a family and it was well worth it. We enjoyed the wonderful food made by the cook at a very reasonable price and the two other staff kept the place very clean and tidy. It is absolutely beautiful and my children loved that we could walk down to the river from the house in 5 minutes and play in the cool mountain stream! Mr. Shipley's house is a beautiful and well kept place and our family loved our time there and hope to return some day.

Amazing place. You can see a breathtaking view of mussoorie from the garden. The host and caretakers are very friendly and accomodating. you can get food from the homestay itself or order from Swiggy/zomato or use the kitchen to cook for yourself after paying a cleaning charge. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for group vacations

Place is beautiful and peaceful.There is a river nearby where you can go and enjoy cold water.Staff was very proactive and friendly.I loved the surrounding and it became more beautiful after rain.You can order food from the homestay or can order from zomato or Swiggy as well.Homestay food was tasty and charges were reasonable.If I visit dehradun again I will surely book this place only.
