Shepley Heating & Plumbing took on a major heating restoration for me after I had been badly let down by HomeServe who had left me without a working boiler during the months of January and February. HomeServe had installed the boiler the previous May but did nothing to advise or resolve the problem. Shepley came to my rescue and quickly found the various problems and resolved them for me. They have just followed up with a boiler service and the replacement of a kitchen tap. All of this has been done quickly, pleasantly, with appointments made and kept without problem.
