Kevin with Shepherd did a great job getting my claim turned in quickly and followed up with me after the claim was reported to see how things were moving along. My adjuster with Acuity reached out to me within 20-30 minutes of the claim being filed. So far, this has made a stressful life event a lot less stressful than I anticipated.

Sue Ann has always provided the highest level of service. We appreciate her attentional to detail and ability to execute tasks from start to finish with nothing ever falling through the cracks. I have never had to follow up with her. It's usually the other way around. She keeps us on track.
