Tom came out and did some work for us, he was friendly, professional and informative. A few weeks later I called him regarding a separate issue I had and he diagnosed it over the phone and told me how to fix it myself. He gave me plenty of his time and didn't even accept any payment for his time on the call. Highly recommended.

Honestly, one of the best tradesmen I’ve dealt with. I chose Tom originally because out of all the calls I made for quotes. Tom took the time to explain what he’d need to buy, what he’d need to do, the differences in locks, how he’ll do the work. On the day, he messaged saying he was coming over, was very approachable and clean and tidy. ALSO, he even solved another problem I had in like no time at all. Legit, if you’re unsure about what to do re’ locks. Just call and see for yourself.

Had a great experience with Shearline Locksmiths. After my sliding door handle got broken at a house party, I looked for french door locksmiths and Shearline was one of the highest rated, and then the first to reply to my enquiry. Communication was prompt, friendly and professional, and a call out to investigate was booked within days. After a thorough look at the door, consultation and explanation, we had a plan and a new part was ordered. Barely a few days later and the part has arrived and the door was fixed. You couldn't ask for better, quicker service. Perfection!

After moving home and wanting the locks changed, I approached Tom after being recommending through FB. Super quick at messaging and very reliable. Came a couple of days after we moved and changed all the locks and cylinders we needed.
