Very professional and genuinely kind people. Everyone on the team made my transition incredibly comfortable. The procedure/surgery lasted a few hours, but I didn’t feel a thing — thank God.
I was a unique case, having had jaw surgery just two years prior, and Dr. Keller was able to work seamlessly around the metal plates from that operation. I’m still waiting for my finals to be made, but my confidence has already increased, and I’ve genuinely learned how to smile again.

As soon as you walk in the office, you meet all of the design technicians Greeting you with their own beautiful smiles which is very comforting! Very quickly, you will see why they named this office Smiles by Design ….Dr. Keller personally designed the waiting room and most of the artwork was done by Dr. Keller himself! All of the technicians in the office have input into the design of your smile and all along the way you are consulted about the process itself so you see you are your own design technician and it’s very exciting to know that there will be no disappointing surprises! If there are any surprises, they will be at the finish line with happy smiles all around! I will say one thing about this office: It is not a cookie cutter operation. It’s an original.! I personally am about halfway through my journey, and you can be sure you will hear from me soon!

As I was getting older, my confidence started fading right along with my teeth. I've always been fun, happy spirited person who loves to smile and tell stories, but over time I found myself hiding my smile more and more. I wanted my outside to finally match how I felt inside. Growing up in foster care, I never really got to be a kid and never asked for anything. But one day I decided it was time to do something for myself. I knew I wanted teeth, no doubts about that. When I saw dr. Keller on an infomercial, sonrthing clicked. The way he spoke, the compassion in his voice, I knew he was the one who could help me my smike back. From the moment I met him, I felt connected and confident I was ib the right place. Now that I have my final teeth, I fibally have my confidence back. I can smile freely again and it feels amazing to see my true self shining through.
After years of unsuccessful dental treatments and many, many thousands of dollars, I decided to stop looking for fixes and have my teeth properly restored. I have severe gum and bone loss and was told that I could not have a full restoration. One dental surgeon did the bottom jaw and it never fit and kept breaking. One day I was chatting with my neighbor and noticed that he had beautiful teeth. When asked, he told me about Dr Keller and Smile by Design.
Dr Keller and his entire team at Smile By Design have completely changed my life, health and attitude. I was a 76 year old, walked with a cane and was in a total state of apathy. I never smiled and one day while taking family photos my daughter remarked that her son asked why his grandmother always looked
sad and angry. I was neither! She told me that years to come, when family members reminisce over past photos, that’s what they will see and remember. I had to make excuses for cutting corn off the cob, skinning and cutting apples. Food should be not only nourishment but a joy! As a senior, health is an issue. If you cannot chew, the food doesn’t start to break down and it becomes impossible to swallow.
Dr Keller was incredibly compassionate from the first consultation right through the first 6 month cleaning. He took so much time listening and clearly explaining every step of the full mouth restoration process. Best of all, I never felt any pressure. Dr Keller’s gentle demeanor and expertise put me at ease.
The procedure was seamless and he even repaired the previous dental failure.The entire care team are careful encouraging and “ very fun”! My new smile is nothing short of a masterpiece! Perfectly shaped. The amazing technology, which is housed right in the practice ensures that my smile has been fit to their structure to my face. Perfectly shaped to my face, perfectly shaped teeth and natural.I cannot eat without my dentures falling into my plate. And yes…. That is a real happenstance! Dr Keller was able to accomplish that which surgeon after surgeon said was impossible, but Dr Keller said if it was safely possible, he would do it. I now laugh freely. My grandchildren will remember a happy grandmother. I no longer walk with a cane because my confidence has returned and I started a journey to health. I went to Physical Therapy 3 times a week for months. I may have failed but even trying would have been a success. I now hike with my little dog and 83 year old husband.

Caring and professional are just a couple of the words I would use to describe Dr. Keller. His personality is so positive and contagious that I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. He and his team truly take the time to listen and understand your needs, and the care they provide is beyond amazing. Dr. Keller has not only given me the best care, but he's also changed my life.
I thought I would share a follow up with my experience of my dental implants. My last review was relating more to the initial consultations that I had with Dr. Keller and his staff.
One month later after my implants, I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the amazing job that Dr. Keller did! I did the full sedation with my implants, So the process was quick. I went home that day feeling zero pain, there is obviously discomfort during the first week, but I was never in any pain. The follow ups with the staff (Lily) was always professional, quick and easy.
On my second post implant appointment she made adjustments to my bite. I like the fact that every time I came in for an appointment Dr. Shawn Keller was there to drop by and say hello.
I cannot tell you how much that I am loving my new teeth. Being able to fully chew food on both sides of my mouth is amazing.
If you are thinking about this type of a procedure, I highly encourage it. If you have any doubts about doing something like this, I can only say one thing: you are worth it.

I recently visited Dr. Shawn Keller office in Seattle for a follow up routine cleaning after my dental implant was done. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Keller was very thorough and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood each step of the process. Dr. Keller has the nicest group of people working for him. His office is modern, state of the art cool, and he goes the extra mile for his patients comfort, even offering protein shakes next to the bottled water. Dr. Keller himself, is of course awesome. He's changing people's lives. I don't think you can go wrong here. Lilly did my follow up today. She was great. Jess is great, even coming out to see me and give me a hug.
