Appraisal to Shavekit
I was introduced to Shavekit by a friend that described me that this small business was a great finding and I should be able to give it a try. I decided to visit their website and was impressed with their presentation and simple but engaging brand.
Upon browsing through, I was convinced that I should try Shavekit. Their own products and business vision are aligned in to the current present I live and also inspiring.
I have purchased the Shavekit, after registering and account and not long I had to wait for trying in my home.
I'm happy customer, service is brilliant and products are excellent. Values and vision are the best!

I ordered the five blade shave pack what a fantastic shave prob the best I have used I find it hard to get a good shave as I have rough skin but these blades do a fantastic job also I find it hard to find any cosmetics that don’t irritate my skin but shave kits stuff is perfect had no problems here and there delivery is fast and presentation is great this company is far the best I have dealt with believe me A+ for shave kit I have stopped and started my subscription tho the last year and there right on the ball very very cheap the shave handles r well made and so r the blades for me I won’t buy any other shavers any were else thank u to all the staff in shave kit

I should of read the reviews first .. Donot sigh up to this product, very shoddy in the trial period and then postage charges all from my end. Then they offer a good will gesture of a £10 refund after taking £34 from your account, what a con.

Hi Peter,
Your trial period lasted until the 19th of December, you received and opened your welcome email which reminded you of the period and how to change it. And you received and opened your 'trial ending' reminder email too, which allows you to change it or cancel it completely if you like. There are no postage charges from your side, postage is always free and included.
Your trial ended and your first box was sent out as per your settings and your reminder emails, you then logged in, after this shipment and payment and cancelled afterwards. You complained, even though nothing went wrong and the delivery was sent as per your settings, but we offered you £10 as a goodwill gesture and offered for you to keep the goods on top too!
I can't see what else we could have done, but if you have any ideas, get in touch via hello@shavekit.com and we'll do our best.

Abusive membership trial scheme, its not clear, impossible to leave. just totally shady. Avoid.

We think it's easy to cancel, many people do it every day. You can go to the members area and click "STOP" (big red button in the centre) or you can send an email to hello@shavekit.com and we'll sort it, usually same day, other than weekends.
I've sent you a screenshot of the button to click, its a one click process.

This morning I had a phone call.
The lady explained there has been misunderstanding and she is going to sort it out. I have received a message that all she promised in the morning will be sorted before the end of next week. Great, we are making progress and am pleased for the direct communications. Thanks for all your help

The best shave I have experienced in a very long time... do you forget to buy replacement blades like me? Have them delivered to your door.
I dont ever remember getting my neck as smooth as it is now. The shave cream feels and smells amazing... they made it quite clear on thier website about the subscription and I'm happy to pay it for superior blades dropped at my door...
