Shanon and her team are absolutely amazing to work with! Shanon was recommended by a close friend, and we are so glad that we met her. She listens to what you are looking for and actually takes the time to review information and give her opinions on things, instead of just expecting you to review things and make your own assumptions as to what is what. We had worked with a couple other realtors prior to Shanon being recommended and were first time home buyers. So there were a lot of things that we didn’t know or understand when it came to certain documents. The other realtors we worked with seemed to not be interested in explaining and reviewing information with us so we could understand. Shanon took her time to make sure we understood everything. Shanon and her team are pros. They helped sell my mom‘s property In four months and that was after the house had already been on the market for six months prior.
