TJ came out to fix our garage door. He was only expected to fix one panel via the builder but he fixed the other issues we were also having. He reprogrammed our problem opener and fixed the pinched wire. He was friendly and worked quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

Our garage door spring broke and we needed it fixed asap. I called Skank Door and was promptly called back on a holiday. I paid the extra money to have it fixed same day and am completely satisfied with their prompt service. Nate B. was the one who showed up, he couldn't have been a nicer person to deal with. He has quite a few years with what he was doing and asked if I had any questions after the job was completed. I highly recommend using Shank Door!

I needed my primary garage double-door springs repaired, called in the AM, arrived in the afternoon. Our technician, Nolan was awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, went above & beyond to repair in a timely fashion & check the other garage doors. He communicated the service he had completed, I paid, we shook hands, and he went on his way. Highly recommended. Thank you again, Shank Door!
