Shakti helped me design a beautiful custom wedding ring based on one of her original design. I love my ring, it is elegant, with just the right amount of sparkle, and even more special because I know who made it, and because it was made with fair trade materials. I may need to buy a second ring eventually...! Thank you Shakti! Update July 2025: 4 years later, I have just had a beautiful baby girl. She is the most special being in the world to me. Shakti will make me a new ring in her honor, and can help me to engrave it with her name. I can’t think of anyone i would like to do this more. Knowing the gold is cruelty free and fair trade is essential to the integrity of this gift to honor my daughter. Photos to come!

I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding rings from Shakti and we love all three. She was so helpful with selecting the right engagement ring. For our wedding bands we sat down and figured out exactly what we want from her existing stock to make our own prefect rings. We travelled down to Devon to meet Shakti for my engagement ring. Shakti took plenty of time to get to know us and what we were after, let me try all the different rings and gave advice on what she thought suited. As we were still undecided between two rings she arranged for us to come back again the next day to make a final decision - the whole experience & choosing our ring together was really special! I absolutely love my ring and how unique it is, people always comment how beautiful it is and we couldn't be happier with choosing our ring from Shakti. My experience with Shakti was excellent from start to finish. She makes beautiful jewellery, of course. But she was also great at responding to questions and giving me advice, including during a protracted mission to discover my now-fiancee's ring size (which, in the end, we got right, with Shakti's wise input). We're both delighted with the ring and very happy that there is someone out there who puts ethical considerations at the heart of their jewellery making.

I remember going slightly mad trying to find my partner the perfect engagement ring, but coming across Shakti’s work it just jumped out as something totally unique and timeless. Shakti was very helpful as I was making up my mind and then with delivery and re-sizing, and in the end I (and my partner!) couldn’t have been happier. So much so, that we have since bought both our wedding rings and most recently an amulet from her as well. They are truly meaningful, wholesome and happy objects which we treasure every day. It was really important to my partner to find an engagement ring which was ethical but also one of a kind, so of course when he found Shakti, he approached her to make my engagement ring straight away. Once he had proposed and showed me the ring he had chosen, I contacted Shakti to request some further information and I had opportunity to request some slight adjustments (like the width of the band) and also learn more about the ring and the diamond he had chosen for me. My ring arrived on Saturday and I feel as though the past few days are a blur of me sitting staring at it and admiring every detail of it. Shakti is incredibly talented and my ring is breathtakingly stunning. I love knowing that it is the only one of its kind and that I too could have an input on its design. Shakti has been really helpful and informative and we will be returning to her for our wedding bands. I highly recommend her and will be forever grateful for my engagement ring. Thank you so much!

Shakti made my engagement ring. I had sent some unsubtle hits to the OH regarding Shakti's work and how much I liked it, so in the end he went for the beautiful ring I originally chose. He said how impressed he was with her communication and getting it done as a rush order, as he wanted to propose before we went away. I have always been drawn to her ethical credentials and it has been important to me that the ring doesn't come from any form of suffering/hardship and represents spirituality and genuine craftswomanship. It has been no issue for Shakti to resize my ring as it has been slightly big. I have been working with Shakti on my wedding ring and she is extremely patient and makes the effort to work within budget as well as aesthetic preferences. All in all a great experience. I hope to visit her shop one day so I can thank her in person.

We found Shakti online looking for Ethical Wedding Rings in the south west and we loved the designs on her website so went to visit and get them sized. The shop/workshop is great and I would really recommend a visit to get your right size and also to see all of the different styles and designs first hand. After we ordered and the rings where made (made to order, so keep that in mind) we got an email saying they were on their way and got them in the post, special delivery 2 days later. They looked beautiful, fit perfectly and came in a lovely little bag. We had a great experience with Shakti and would definitely recommend her jewellery if you are Ethically minded and environmentally conscious. We WILL be back to buy more!!
