I wanted to share a little update about our 12-week-old King Charles puppy. We named her Macy—though around the house she’s quickly earned the nickname Racy Macy, which fits her perfectly. She has such a lively, fast-paced personality, yet she’s already showing how well-behaved and adaptable she can be.
Macy brings so much joy to our home. She’s playful, affectionate, and curious, but also remarkably gentle for her age. Whether she’s racing around with boundless energy or calmly settling in beside us, she’s proving to be the perfect companion.
We couldn’t be happier with her and are excited to watch her grow into the wonderful dog she’s already becoming.
Thank you Jacob!!!!!! We already had a cavapoo and contacted Jacob. He said he had a perfect puppy that he felt would fit into our house. He was Not wrong. Buddy came into our lives and he is the perfect fit for us. We named him Ricky and he is best friends with our Lucy. Our vet was so impressed with him that he may get a king Charles from Jacob. Again, thank you Jacob for the joy. We spend a lot of time laughing!!
I had an amazing experience with Jacob and Shady Grove. He was extremely helpful and trustworthy from the jump. He’s even kindly responded to my text questions a week after. Not to mention his delivery driver was also super communicative and nice! Very kind and moral people working for this organization. My cav pup is in great health and I’m so thrilled to have him as a part of my family.
Jake up came to me through a recommendation from a friend who got her puppy from him and was absolutely thrilled. From our first conversation, I knew I was going to be just as thrilled. He answered all my questions and gave honest answers. About a month later I have the most absolutely adorable puppy. She is so well socialized that she slipped into our family like she’s been here forever. From start to finish I could not be happier with the new addition to our family. She is absolutely perfect 💕
We had such a wonderful experience working with Jacob when bringing home our new puppy. From the very beginning, he was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
Our puppy is everything we could have hoped for she is healthy, has a great temperament, and already so well adjusted. It’s clear that Jacob truly cares about his dogs and raises them with love and attention.

Recently bought a dog with my wife after losing a dog few weeks ago.
Received the dog everything seemed fine until I heard congestion and wheezing in the dogs chest.
Not even 24hrs after having this dog we had to take it to the vet when supposedly they take the dog to a vet before hand, apparently that vet goes thru so many dogs they don’t pay much attention and this could be missed.
$178 later at the vet and not having the dog 24hrs the dog has a respiratory infection and now has to be on medication and who knows if this could lead to heart failures just that killed my previous dog.
Spent well over $3,000 for a dog and it’s already sick not even 24hrs later.

We got our Bella last June 2024! She is the most loving, sweet, loyal addition. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her. Her manners are excellent and her temperament is outstanding. Working with Jacob at Shady Grove was such an easy and smooth process. After talking about my my history with having dogs, he knew I'd be a great fit for a Cavalier, and boy, was he right. He was extremely communicative about when the litter was born for the timing I had asked for, made choosing a puppy so easy and kept me updated like clockwork every week on how she was growing. Since she's come home (which he also helped coordinate seamlessly), my puppy has been an absolute dream to be with. She's so confident and social, an absolute cuddlebug, and simply the best. We got a cavalier puppy from Jacob at Shady Grove. Couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. From helping select the right puppy , communicating when pup was ready, seeing his facility , and owning one of his prized dogs- all of it has been such a great experience .
