I used Shadow Carriage during a recent trip to the UK with my family (4 adults and a 2 year old toddler). The company was efficient, on time and included a pre-installed car seat. There was ample storage in the V-Class Mercedes for 4 large checked bags, 2 carry ons and a Doona stroller. It made it very convenient to travel throughout the UK. We used them for 5 total rides during this trip and had a great experience throughout. The drivers are all very nice and you can tell that the company takes good care of their drivers - who in turn take good care of their clients. I would certainly book them again for a family trip.

I used this company back in 2024 when I was visiting Uxbridge. I returned to Uxbridge last week and had no hesitation in reaching out to Tan and his team at Shadow Carriage again. The service was excellent. Text messages are sent to advise once the driver is on his/her way and again when the driver is outside along with confirmation of the drivers name and vehicle registration number. The drivers are always professional and well presented. We had a taxi as well as 2 x 16 seaters buses which were all immaculately presented. I also find their pricing to be very competitive. Excellent to do business with!

After a stressful Christmas with a family member rushed into hospital, we needed to get into London over the festive period without the hassle of using public transport. The Shadow Team understood the situation and made the process very easy, and it made us feel very comfortable that we were in safe hands. A big thank you to Philip, our driver, who was so friendly and easy to talk to, and made us feel very relaxed.
