Cletus was the very helpful and instrumental on proving us with samples and different ideas. He took the time to inform us on the differences between the brands, thickness, colors and variations which helped us in matching our your room decor. Cletus also did the installation. Cletus was able to display his precision and expertise and an eye for detail. There was no mess, no clean up and we couldn't be happier with our selections. He went above and beyond our expectations. I got a prompt call from Shade-Wise after emailing Graber. Cletis and I played phone tag, as I was busy at the time. He was persistent and we set up a time to measure and match my existing blinds consult. I picked a shade and style that I and Cletis felt matched what I had. Before ordering, he let me know that my taste in styles and material was going to be one of the higher cost styles they offered. He made an extra trip, and showed me other options that cost me about 45 percent less, than my original choice. Since exact match to my existing blinds was not possible, this was a great service to me. Shade-wise was on time with delivery and installation, as Cletis promised. Graber is good stuff, and Cletis Swopes is my guy for advice and installation. Very refreshing to have a top shelf experience from an internet random subcontractor. I would, and will use Shade-Wise again.

Shade-Wise is who I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for great service and excellent quality window treatments. Cletis, the owner of Shade-Wise Blinds, Shades & Shutters in Janesville, Wisconsin, was very professional, helpful, and pleasant and he always allowed me plenty of time to go over things before I made my decisions. I decided to order three 2” Wood Blinds. I already knew about the company Graber Industries, which manufactured them. Graber Industries has been around for several years, and the quality of its products is nothing but the best. I purchased 16 2” (Graber Industry) Wood Blinds approximately 20 years ago and have yet to have any problems with the blinds. Graber’s Wood Blinds have always been my favorite and first choice for Window treatments. My Wood Blinds from Shade-Wise have now been installed and look as beautiful as the rest of the ones in my home do. I have no doubt that the additional 2” Wood Blind that I recently ordered from Cletis, and am having installed tomorrow, will be another positive experience for me. He was wonderful!
