I would highly recommend Sam and the hard working, happy team. Despite the rain, they worked tirelessly and were very efficient at dealing with the removal of 3 huge problematic palm trees plus other trimming and left the place clean and tidy. We have used Sam and his team for clearing trees in the past and they did an excellent job. They left the site clean and tidy and got a lot done in the time. So we used them again. This time for clearing some garden areas that were covered in stone and weeds (not easy work). Once again, they did a fantastic job. Sam and his team are reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend SG Trees.

Excellent communication including reminders and clean up afterwards. Very knowledgeable staff, and the arborist shaped an unsightly, overgrown, lopsided, somewhat gappy large camelia tree towards something of beauty. I can't wait to see what the 2nd trim will look like after a few months growing to fill out some gaps. The Feijoa tree looks awesome too. Definitely reccomend.

We have a hectare of steep banks, mature trees and regenerating bush. Sam came on site, on time, and did a walk-through of what we wanted, and of future work needed. Provided options, recommendations and a scope of work for a one day 4-person crew that was cost effective. We received reminders of the booking prior to arrival. The crew arrived on site and did a walk through to confirm their understanding of the job. Efficient, accurate (taking out two large trees without damaging the surrounding bush) and professional. Polite, knowledgeable and engaged in their work. Made suggestions and checked in as they went. One of the guys had to leave an hour early - invoice discounted - did I mention honest? The invoice detailed the expectations (i.e. what we were paying for and what it should look like in terms of firewood logs left on site, mulch etc.) to compare to. SG Trees should be running courses to other small businesses in the region on how to engage with the customer, follow-up, and deliver an end to end positive, professional service that delivers happy customers. I am tired of having to chase contractors up - SG Trees kept us in the loop the whole way. We are already planning the next jobs for them.
