Ernesto was very helpful in guiding us through a complex Medicare transition made necessary by a move to Florida. Ultimately, he recommended a Plan G reinstatement option in our state of origin that really benefited us, even though it meant that we would not be purchasing a plan through his office. Ernesto clearly prioritized our needs over his profit when we would never have known had he done otherwise.

Ernesto is very knowledgeable in insurance. He was able to fulfill my insurance needs. I am much happier with the PPO Regional in the State of Florida. I was not very happy with UH HMO in Miami. It was very difficult to get referrals. Also, when I obtain the referrals to see the specialist it would take approximately three weeks.
