Highly recommended professional conveyancing team SettleEasy has been a great partner in the purchase of my first home. Very disappointed with Settle Easy. Halfway through our 30-day settlement, they withdrew from acting for us because our contract needed to be redrafted, stating they didn’t have time to prepare a new Contract of Sale. We were then charged an additional fee to rectify the issue and had to find a new conveyancer at short notice. Our new conveyancer charged less, accomplished more in a week than Settle Easy had during the time they represented us, and made the entire process far less stressful. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services

Outstanding service As a first home buyer totally green to the market, I cannot recommend Kusalei Beneragama at Settle Easy enough. Her professionalism, attention to detail and proactive efforts saved us from an utter nightmare. Our situation should have been simple, if not for our builder stalling with contracts while our land developer waited impatiently for settlement; without Kusalei we would have almost certainly lost the only opportunity we had to get into the market. I have only the highest praise for Kusalei and Settle Easy and can't thank them enough for their efforts over the weeks and months this process took beyond what we all expected. Kusalei showed us she genuinely cared about helping us and made far more effort than we ever expected.
