I received my book in perfect condition, expertly wrapped with great care. Included in the package was a photograph in black and white of the author, a fantastic touch!
This is the best experience I have had of ordering a book on-line, 5-star all round.
After literally searching for years for books from Fan Ho that weren't used and selling for thousands of dollars, I found exactly what I was looking for at retail price. Had the book delivered to my front door a few days later. Would definitely buy from here again.
Setanta Books offers a large variety of coffee table books, new as well as some quite rare and unique used ones. Their customer support is world class. Just to mention one example they arranged the shipping the way I needed which I am really grateful for. I will def. buy from them again therefore I subscribed to their newsletter which is not intrusive at all but highly recommended to get to know about deals, discounts, news.
I had my eye on a book, a biography by one of my favourite Musicians, which Setanta had a signed copy of. Sadly, it was in the news that the musician in question passed on suddenly, and I decided to purchase the signed copy.
I contacted Setanta the next day and got confirmation via email that my book had shipped.
The book was exactly as described (with high quality photos on Setantas website) and arrive packaged very nicely, with extra tape wrapped around the parcel. Excellent service without a doubt. I would recommend Setanta books, and will be buying other things from them in the future. They also sell music, too! Five stars! * * * * *

The dhl broke my package with two large prints in it, the lovely Sofia wrote me back after contacting her and she immediately send me the same prints again within the same week.

Unfortunately I had problems with customs and my book was damaged. Setanta books has responded awesome and fast. The support is great and I got a replacement. Shipping to Germany was also super fast, I will buy my books here more often. The service is awsome!

I ordered a book hoping it would arrive in time for my boyfriend's birthday. When I contacted the store, they upgraded my shipping for free and stayed in constant contact with me to make sure the book was delivered on time. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Setanta customer service was brilliant from the moment I first placed my order to it arriving. Lovely friendly emails letting me know it was on the way and if I had any issues to let them know . Very well packaged and I received some great little quirky top trump style cards included too as a nice little surprise , which are great to use as bookmarks .
Support these independent bookshops , their communication and attention to detail is much more personal and friendlier
