After being in a collision with a distracted driver, the insurance company offered me a settlement that did not take into consideration the upgrades we had put into our new vehicle. We had spent hours trying to get a fair settlement when we made contact with Zach and asked for the help he offered. From that point on, he dealt with all necessary parties. It took all pressure off of us. He was able to get the details necessary on our vehicle to get us a fair settlement. Zach is an amazing person to work with, extremely insightful, very thorough, and has your best interest as he gets the job done. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. You won’t be dissatisfied!

Mr Tinker is an amazing attorney. I'm working with attorneys on a daily basis. They all have different skills and personalities but Mr Tinker is in a class by himself. I'm amazed at his level of perception, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of several different areas of the law. He also has a huge heart for helping people. I've seen many times that he goes beyond the call of duty to help, regardless of whether there's money in it for him. He's really good at digging into an underlying subject matter, not just the legal issues surrounding it. If you had a lawsuit about a hamburger he'd probably be able to tell you what bakery supplied the bun, which ranch supplied the meat, and which farm the lettuce came from. He just really drills into stuff to a depth other people don't do. I also like talking to him. He's an interesting person and he does a lot of things for the community outside of his law practice.
