After speaking to and meeting Tom, I felt confident with them replacing my very old gas furnace and the water heater. Glad I chose them. We had a great experience with this company. They arrived on time, were professional, and their pricing was very reasonable. The work was done well, and we were happy with the results. What impressed me most was that about a week after the job was completed, they reached out to follow up and make sure everything was still working properly and that we weren’t having any issues. Very satisfied customer. I've been happy with Serve-Well's service each time I've used them. Most recently, Tom installed a new hot water in a very timely manner on Saturday and also alerted me to an issue that related to the meter I would not have known about otherwise. National Grid came and fixed their problem in the gas main and my new water heater is great.

Tom was great to deal with. Sal and his helper did a great job installing a new Expansion tank, Fill Valve & Relief valve on my boiler which went all of a sudden last night. Tom walked me through shutting the system down to stop the water last night. I’d recommend this team.

I had a stoppage and leak in my bathroom kitchen and tub. Serve-Well replied quickly and sent guys to fix it. They ended up having to replace pipes completely and tested the line thoroughly after installation. The guys were great and I will recommend them to anyone

Boiler broke down Sunday am, they were in my house Sunday afternoon and back early the next morning. Professional, friendly, responsbile and overall just great to work with. He also made sure all the radiators and baseboards were working before leaving and gave us advice for the future. 10/10

Serve well installed our new gas boiler and new water tank when we update our old oil boiler. Work very clean and professional. Our water heater tank got a leak and called there emergency # for advise what to do and told me to shot off the water valve and the water leak stop. He came the following day at 7:30am and replace the tank. He work very clean and professional. I will recommend serve-well on all plumbing problems.
