Had a very bad reaction
After taking Serovital for two weeks, I had terrible side effects. Bloated, musle aches, poor sleep, and three days of stomach aches, nauseas and vomiting continuesly, and not a single pound of weight loss. I wish I could give it a no star review.
Didn't notice any real difference in a month
I think this may be placebo effect because I noticed no more energy or any skin or other effects despite taking this daily. No fountain of youth here! Plus contains sucralose which now has been linked to cancer. No thanks.
I have been using for several years. People tell me nice things.. So I think it works.
I have used Serovital for several years. I have stopped it a few times and things definitely looked like they were going south so I went back to it. I am definitely a senior now and I look older than I remember my father when I was a kid. But people think I am twenty years younger. Yes I take a lot of supplements and I do the research to find the best and knit together how they support each other in my body. I am also trim and slender. That helps a lot appearance wise and I do things most people my age gave up decades ago. Is Serovital all they take credit for? I doubt it but you must understand there is no way for me to know without a doubt if it works or doesn't since I would need a clone as a control group to compare a with and without. It is my belief this works regardless of my inability to prove it. I take it about 3 am every morning as that's when I wake up (oh brother... and for decades too! ) and they want it at least 2 hours after last meal and 2 hours before the next meal. This works for me. I don't get a redo in this life, that I know about, and I'm not sure I would want to do it again. So I am making the best of what I have. This, I firmly believe, is making a real difference in how I feel and how I look. You can only do the best you can and hope for the best life you can with what we can manage to influence it with. Go for it, why not? You can only win by getting off the bench and into the game.
These pills made me feel intense pain.
I bought these pills from GNA. I was taking them for about a week and gradually noticed I was started to get dizzy, had bad headaches and very painful pain in my stomach below the left side of my ribs. I went to the doctor and they instructed me to stop taking the supplement. Before I stopped taking it, whenever I would exhale, stretch or stay idle for long the pain in my stomach would get worse. Nothing really helped this except laying on my side and sleeping. It’s been a week since I stopped taking this supplement and all of the symptoms I was experiencing have stopped.
Works as expected
This Serovital Renewal Complex - Anti-Aging Supplement for Women works as expected. I have been healthy while taking it so I'm assuming it is working. I have energy but can also sleep well. I don't know if I have noticed any age related things have improved as this takes a long time to change. I guess it works?
Tastes terrible
I had been wanting to try Serovital for a long time, and was excited to finally get the chance. Very disappointed. I tried it twice, but I just can't get past how bad it tastes. Won't be using it any more.

I think it helps sleep but not sure it's doing much else. But don't want to go off it and see what changes. It is very expensive but try to buy it when it's on sale
Wake up in the morning take with your coffee or tea and your stiffness will go away...really.
My stiff back and knees. It works and it is better than other pills. Better for weight management, focusand energy!
