Bought the Senz cooker hood and installed last week but unfortunately the fan did not function. Initiated report with Senz CS and dealt with Bella and Ismat to fix appointment date. Rahmat and Afiq arrived the next day, on time and replaced the control panel. Keep up the good work and appreciate the great service from Senz. Thank you and well done!

I bought this kitchen hood about 4 years ago, and I’m very disappointed with the quality and support. When it stopped working properly, I was informed that there are no spare parts available, and I have to replace the entire unit. This is unacceptable, especially considering that this model is quite expensive. A small issue with the power board or display should not require changing the whole set. On top of that, the repair cost is almost the same as buying a new unit, and there is no warranty after repair. This makes it very unreasonable for customers. I would like to know if there is any proper solution or support for this, as this situation does not reflect well on the product quality.

1. As this model was launched nearly 10 years ago and is now discontinued, certain components are no longer manufactured. (We understand that you purchased it much later from a dealer, and we appreciate your understanding.)
