I had an issue with the induction cooker, contacted the customer service. Shirley attended to my issue, she was quick and attentive and immediately arranged for the technical team to resolve my issue. The technical team was also punctual to the appointment, immediately repaired the induction and was helpful by explaining my concerns on the issue. Kudos to all!

Last week I had a complaint about my cooker hob fire/flame inconsistent.The team from Senz came to my house in Johor to solve the problem.. the staff from Senz are very friendly. He also taught me how to operate cooker hob and cleaning it. I am very satisfied with the service from senz. Thanks 😊.....

One of my cooker hob fire point not in a proper position, arrange with SENZ Malaysia with Kak Fatihah and quickly arrange the service team for me within a week, they doing a good job and finally adjusted my cooker point to right in the fine position , thanks for the team and Senz Malaysia.

Their service is quick and reliable. When my stove have problems within warranty time, they are quick to check up with me to arrange someone from KL to come all the way to Johor. They are responsive and able to resolve my issue very quickly without further questions.
Will look for their electrical items when I need them. 👍👍
