Excellent clinic with friendly and professional staff. The doctors were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The practice is clean, and appointments run efficiently. I felt well cared for throughout my visits and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

I feel it is only fair to update my review following what happened this afternoon.
Shortly after posting my review, the practice contacted me to apologise and explain that there had been issues with the phone system. The member of staff I spoke with was incredibly helpful and immediately offered me emergency appointments the same day.
I went that same evening and was seen promptly by the orthodontist. She was excellent: kind, reassuring, professional and very understanding. She fixed the loose bracket and wire, ensured I was comfortable with the repair, answered all my questions, and gave me advice on caring for the irritated gum tissue that had been caused by the loose wire.
What impressed me most was that the Manager also took the time to speak with me personally. He had reviewed the messages I had left and acknowledged that my earlier experience was not the standard they aim to provide. He listened to my concerns, apologised sincerely, and reassured me that the issues I experienced would be addressed internally to prevent them happening again.
When I wrote my original review, I was in pain, frustrated and struggling to get through to the practice. However, I must acknowledge how professionally and compassionately the situation was handled once it was brought to their attention.
The contrast between my experience this morning and this afternoon was significant. I left feeling listened to, cared for and reassured. The dentist, reception team and management all showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and made every effort to resolve the issue quickly.
Whilst the initial experience was disappointing, the way the practice responded has restored my confidence, and I appreciate the effort made to put things right

4 weeks into my fixed upper braces installation, one broke off (the molar) I called to BEG for an emergency fix of the brace that broke. The wire & metal was loose in my mouth and extremely uncomfortable. The receptionist gave me an appointment over 2 weeks away with little empathy.

I needed a root canal after receiving treatment here. My experience at Sensu was consistently disappointing. I was seen late nearly every appointment, often waiting through the entire time slot. I saw a different clinician almost every visit and had to repeat the same issues because no one seemed to review my file.
I had to chase the office about my treatment plan. Appointments were changed without asking or notifying me. Procedures were downplayed, explanations rushed, emails ignored and appointments incorrectly scheduled. They tried to end my Invisalign because it “looked aesthetically fine,” even though I started treatment for bite issues, as noted in my file. I had to push for proper scans.
The environment didn’t feel professional either, with front‑desk staff openly gossiping about colleagues and patients.
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic if you want thorough or reliable care.
Had a very very frustrating experience with my Invisalign journey with Sensu. I’m almost done and it has been over 1 year, when they told me it would take ~4 months. Even after 3 sets of aligner adjustments, my front teeth still weren’t fully straight… (I was wearing them 22 hours a day), and they told me I had to pay extra to get another set of aligners to try to fix it, which they didn’t explain when I bought my package.
They’ve cancelled MULTIPLE of my appointments very last minute over the past year, and when I try and rebook they won’t have any availability until 3/4 weeks later. So overall, the length of my procedure probably could’ve been halved if I wasn’t having to wait weeks in between every step! It also took 4+ weeks in between each adjustment to get a new set of aligners, which added even more time to the process.
Ended up going to another clinic to fix my front teeth with composite bonding, because even trying to get just a consultation with Sensu was going to take over a month to get it booked in?? the other clinic was 10x better, much much quicker, easier process.
I’ve just had them cancel yet another appointment last minute to get my retainer and they’ve told me I can get it in 3 weeks instead?? I told them I’m worried about my teeth moving in between that time, and they were just like oh well… They don’t really care about your concerns, and they never have solutions.
I would suggest going to a smaller practice dealing with less patients to get Invisalign instead, NOT Sensu, so you’re not dealing with all of their stupid delays!
I had a hygiene cleaning with Soobia today and honestly it was one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and clearly takes real pride in her work. She paid extra attention to the areas that needed a deeper clean and made sure my teeth felt completely spotless by the end. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about my oral hygiene. She took the time to give me helpful advice on keeping my teeth clean and recommended toothbrushes and toothpaste suited to my needs. She was also so kind, patient, and passionate about what she does, which made the whole experience really comfortable and reassuring. I left feeling genuinely impressed and will definitely be specifically requesting appointments with Soobia for my future 4-month hygiene cleanings. Highly recommend!
I went in for a consultation regarding minor bite asymmetry concerns after a previous Invisalign treatment. My teeth are already straight, healthy, white, and in very good condition overall. I was genuinely looking to improve my bite and midline.
After one consultation, I received a treatment plan and was recommended a full set of porcelain veneers costing around £14,000. I actually thought it was some kind of internal joke at first. Im in my 20s!
Not aligners, not even composite bonding. Straight to shaving down healthy natural teeth for veneers in my twenties.
I have since been treated by a Harley Street orthodontist, who has fixed my bite, asymmetry, and TMJ related issues for half the cost of their veneers.
This is not a serious dental clinic. I was seen by their practice clinical director Dr Vishal Shah at the London Bridge branch. I would genuinely avoid this clinic at all costs.
