An absolute joke of a clinic, I went a couple of months back for an Invisalign consultation and they completely wasted my time. The consultation itself was not a bad one, though i was surprised that all the Dr did was take a few photos, no actual inspection of my teeth, no x-rays or 3D scan like most clinics do on the first appointment. We chatted for a bit which was mostly an upsell about considering all the other works i needed on my teeth. I was fine with that as i was happy to hear some advice. I was told my case was not a straightforward one but that I would hear back about a full bells and whistles treatment plan in about a week. I haven't heard a peep out of them since, despite several chasers every couple of weeks. I just kept getting fobbed off by administrative staff and then finally completely ignored. Shocking way for a medical establishment to behave tbh and just quite confusing, it makes me question their competency to handle a mildly complicated case. I have since gone to another clinic who managed by case professionally and i have thankfully been able to begin my journey with them. Be wary.
Such an amazing experience today! The team really helped me out. Bliban and Aniqa at reception were so helpful with everything, they are such a team! Absolutley professionel and polite. Also thank you Dr. Saba who was so nice and attentive to put in my invisalign I felt comfortable the whole time! Great experience 100%
Very welcoming and helpful. They made sure to give me all my options holding nothing back, so it’s fair to say they are also very informative. The receptionist Ifrah was very polite and treated me with respect. Very clean and refreshing environment as well…. Definitely a strong possibility of fixing my smile there.
