Adam Crump and Hayden Lang were fantastic. They were professional and were so kind. They explained everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. They made this experience much easier than I expected it to be. They were thorough and had great attention to detail.

We had some issues with the AC in a newly built home. One issue was hiding another, that issue was hiding another, etc. so it took a few visits for all the problems to be revealed. But they were here on time whenever we needed them, even at six pm on July 3rd. At every step they explained what was happening and what needed to be done. Very happy with their service.

The guys Comfort Installer Adam Crump and General Manager Shawn Serrett were fantastic! They were able to quickly identify and fix the problem and verified that the system was working as expected! Had the best experience with Sensigreen! Shawn gave the very best experience in helping me select a new unit to replace my old one that finally died. I had received a quote from others in the area, but Sensigreen was the only one to give me actual options and explain the difference in price. I was worried about the electrical with it being an older home with the original electric. Shawn reassured me that everything word work fine. Which, just so happen to beat out the competition. On installation day, Shawn, Matt and Adam were friendly, considerate, and got my old unit out and new unit in flawlessly. Could not be happier with my experience! Thank you so much Sensigreen!!
