My experience at Sensational Smiles is always an amazing one, from the lovely Kim at Reception and the lovely Treatment Coordinator, Tammy. And the wonderful dentists and nurses. In terms of my hygiene appointment, I honestly cannot recommend Mojda highly enough. I was so impressed with my experience and the results that I recommended Mojda to the rest of my family, and they have now all started seeing her too. Every single one of them has come away saying exactly the same thing, that the treatment and care they received was exceptional. Mojda is an absolute credit to her profession and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an outstanding hygienist.

I was soo scared to visit a dentist again and the only way I could make a appointment was to build the courage to go but I could only do this after speaking to Kim who made me feel so at easy to finally go again, she was wonderful in every way and I appreciated her time and patience she was amazing, the dentist I had was truly amazing too I felt so comfortable and at easy I’m so happy I did this and no make appointments with them for further treatment! This is the best dentist I’ve ever been too make it feel so comfortable in all aspects thank you to all the team I’m so happy Penny Hart xxx

Went to hygienist today to have my implants cleaned. Bit apprehensive as she was new and I have had the same hygienist since my teeth were put in. The new one is Rosie. She was lovely, really gentle and thorough and kept me informed of what she was about to do. Her mild tone and careful working helped me get through without any anxiety, pain(!) or discomfort . She was also keen to check on my routines and reassure me. Highly recommend.

A truly amazing dentistry clinic. I hadn't been to one in 10 years and over 12 or so sessions they completely changed my smile and made me feel more confident. Beyond their technical skills every person I interacted with were so lovely from receptionist to dentist to hygenist they all got to know me and would always check in on my life with each visit. I recently had a surgical tooth extraction at Sensational Smiles with Dr. Wasima Shafique, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very first call, the administrative team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a referral for a complex extraction by my dentist, and the team at Sensational Smiles were incredibly helpful in guiding the referral process and they managed to secure a last-minute appointment for me the very next morning with their oral surgeon, thanks to a cancellation. Despite it being late in the afternoon, the admin staff made sure I had access to antibiotics prior to the procedure, coordinating everything efficiently and with genuine care. Dr. Wasima and Nurse Neha were absolutely fantastic. On the day of the appointment, I was understandably nervous, but the warm and friendly atmosphere quickly put me at ease. Dr. Wasima has a calm, compassionate manner and clearly years of expertise in complex extractions. She explained each step of the procedure, picked up on my nervousness, and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Her communication, empathy, and professionalism were truly outstanding. She also took the time to explain the aftercare instructions clearly and thoroughly. The day after the extraction, I had some concerns and called the practice. The team was once again supportive and arranged for Dr. Wasima to personally call me back and answer all of my questions - something I deeply appreciated. Overall, I felt incredibly well looked after and supported throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Sensational Smiles to anyone looking for a dental practice where the staff genuinely care and go the extra mile for their patients. Thank you all!
