Loading a bike on a trailer; it tipped over. I called a few companies for muscle to help right the bike. All I called couldn't address it for hours and at towing rates. Shawn was not only responsive and there within 45 minutes but helped correct the bike and secure it to the trailer. Super helpful, friendly and reasonable. Keeping his card for potential future failures I may encounter with the beasts I have to trailer.

Shawn was very personable, quick and efficient! He arrived about 40 mins earlier than the original estimated time to assist with my flat tire. He also offered advice on where to have the tire repaired in the area. I would highly recommend Shawn and SEMPER Fi Motorcycle Towing.

Well, he did it again! Shawn with Semper Fi Motorcycle Towing Came and towed my bike after it stalled out on the 16. This is the second time I have used Semper Fi Motor Cycle towing and I don’t want to use anybody els (hopefully I won’t have to). My insurance covered the tow, but I would pay out of my own pocket to use him. Just like last time, Shawn showed up in a timely manner, was very professional, and got my bike back home in no time at all. I now consider Shawn a friend and would highly recommend his services. Shawn was professional, friendly, and helpful. He let me know his ETA and he arrived a little bit early. He is an experienced rider and asked if he could try a fix that might work. He was knowledgeable and discovered some debris in the gas line but the leak persisted. He disconnected the gas line to stop the leak while in transport. His towing equipment was state of the art and he secured my bike properly. He offered an alternative repair shop nearby that was a quality shop and economically friendly. He met me there and had the bike unloaded safely. The shop owner was there to answer my concerns. Very positive experience given the bike malfunction. Highly recommend Semper Fi Motorcycle Towing.
