We have had Dana as our agent to find our home 10 years ago, sell our rental 3 years ago and now just sold the home she helped us find that 10 years ago. We are leaving the country and she had to get us a good price, get it done quickly and arrange for us to live in the home until our departure date. The house sold in 3 weeks for more than listed and rent free for a 2.5 months. Highly recommend.

1 word FANTASTIC! Dana and Alan were awesome. Dana helped us sell our 1st house that we had outgrown and were looking to leave because of the area. It took a little while, 6 months, but we finally found our place. There were several times I wanted to just throw in the towel, and Dana and Alan were so encouraging and informative. Selling was easy, but buying was up and down...We'd find a place we really liked and then interest rates would go up, or we'd lose out to another buyer, but we were told to just stick with it and don't settle thinking we needed to; something would eventually come around that was right for us and yes it did! We found a cute little 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on just under .25 acre lot. It's perfect for our family, we've already met several of the neighbors who also have younger kids, and we couldn't have done it without our awesome, and knowledgeable realtors. Even though the ride was long and rough at times, due to the housing market, we'd do it again, and again as long as we had Dana and Alan behind the wheel.

Dana and Alan Burk are the BEST!!! My wife and I began looking for a home in and around Salem at the beginning of 2018. I thought it was a bit early as we wanted to move in June. Alan explained to me that the current market is a sellers market and we would be wise to get started right away. I quickly learned that Alan knew exactly what he was talking about. He earned my trust and respect quickly. He, Dana and their staff cemented it going forward. From our initial contact right through closing of escrow last week, Dana and Alan have helped us through every step of this (usually but not so much this time) stressful process. On our first meeting, Alan gave me a folder full of useful information about the home buying process, including loan officers they recommended and even a list of 101 potential problems that people looking to buy a home may encounter. I read through everything as soon as I got home. Dana has a series of videos on youtube which she shared at each phase of the home search. I found them timely and extremely helpful. While I worked primarily with Alan, I spoke with Dana on several occasions. Everyone in their office all share the same qualities: friendliness, experience, wisdom gained from years in the realty world and a willingness to help any way they can to find us our dream home.
