Out of all the agents I’ve worked with over the past 20 years, Melinda has been the best by far. I recently sold an apartment, and she suggested several renovations that she said would deliver a 3-5x return on investment. I trusted her judgment and followed every single recommendation. She organised all the renovations, and they were completed within just a few days. I was amazed at how much better and more sophisticated the apartment looked afterwards. The apartment sold after the very first open house, for much higher than I expected - I believe it even set a street record. I truly attribute this outstanding result to the renovations Melinda suggested. I did some maths after and the amount I got vs what I expected was roughly 5x what I paid for in rennovations, so her estimate on that was also accurate. I highly recommend Melinda. She is a true professional who knows exactly what she’s doing.
