Had to leave a message to request an estimate, took almost a week to get a call back. Came out to do the estimate and told my daughter in law he was going to take a few measurements. She kept waiting for him to come talk to her and she finally realized he’d left. Without a word. That was over a week ago and they still haven’t gotten the estimate. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Labor was good. The wood quality was absolutely garbage. 8,000.00 for a sub Home Depot quality outcome. Harrison’s is a ton better. My fence is only 4 years old but it’s going to have to be torn down and rebuild. And yes, it was sealed twice with a 25 year product. That didn’t keep the untreated posts from rotting. Absolutely garbage.
