He took the time to really explain things (I had lots of questions), and he knows A LOT!!! He is super knowledgeable and patient, explaining things to someone with very little understanding of how the system functions.

Technician took the time to explain how my entire system worked so I would finally understand. I’ve had several technicians come out, never had a bad experience, but the guy they sent yesterday actually seemed to care about his job deeply. I’m sure the fact that he takes the extra time frustrates the main office, but they should give this guy a raise. Forgot his name but he’s 6’3”. 😊
