This is my second investment property with SPP. My first was in QLD, and now in VIC. I worked with their property strategist, David Mercieca, who helped shape my brief before I was introduced to their VIC buyer’s agent, Danae Kasimis. Danae did a fantastic job sourcing and securing a property that matched what I was looking for: a $750k budget, minimum 4% yield, and located within the Geelong growth corridor, supported by low supply, tight vacancy rates, and stronger yields compared to Melbourne. The property is well positioned, close to schools and the train station. Farrah Bana also did a great job managing the settlement process, as always. Property investing can be complex, so having the right team around you makes a big difference. I’d highly recommend SPP to anyone looking to build wealth through property.

Really loved working with the Search Party Property team. They took the time to understand our specific requirements and helped source and secure our investment property without delay. They found us an investment property in two weeks. They asked the right questions for our requirements, then put forward suitable locations. Once we choose the areas We were put in touch with a local buyers agent from SPP who presented recommended properties on and off the market. We decided on a property and were guided on a fair offer. Then when we were successful - organised local conveyances, building inspections, property managers, insurance and can help with finance. We've just become happy customers and can only say how helpful your team has been. We recently sold our house in country Vic and were uncertain about whether to move to Melbourne or Perth. David really helped us define a strategy and Emma got to work. She reviewed at least 80 properties, probably more throughout the process, and found a great proposition for us that ticked all our boxes (there were many!) within a couple of days. She is excellent. With her help, we secured the property despite a plethora of offers - ultimately it was against another buyer’s agent. It was ours after only 4 days on market. Emma and the team have done a huge amount of work, including all the preparatory due diligence about the property and location, O & A, organising conveyancing, pest & building inspections, discussions with Council etc - its a full service and has taken all the stress out of the process. It was the best thing we could have done, especially when buying property from a distance. Excellent reconnaisance, advice, support and follow-through. Well done team!
