What a wonderful experience! The owner of SCREW not only came out to repair our washing machine on Thanksgiving but was very knowledgeable as well as experienced. He was extremely patient with our grandson who truly loves tools. We highly recommend him. He was very respectful and gave us a wonderful price. He works on all if not most household appliances.

Our Samsung ice maker froze up completely. Tony came out, explained the issue honestly, and said he’d try to fix it but couldn’t promise 100%. He defrosted the ice maker, showed us what was wrong, sealed everything properly with silicone, and now it’s working perfectly! My refrigerator stopped cooling and the ice maker no longer worked. I called Screw Appliance Repair and they answered promptly and immediately set up an appointment according to my availability which was awesome. Tony came right on time and I was running late and he waited for me. He knew immediately the problem and placed an order for the parts while he was on site. We scheduled a follow up appointment as well. Tony comes back installed the parts and everything works great now. Tony thank you so very much for solving both of my problems.
