I wanted my 20 + year old heat pump replaced. Chase and his team worked very hard all day. They replaced the furnace Portion of the heat pump first. They were here at 8 o’clock to 4 o’clock and did not take any lunch worked through. They were very kind and professional. I do appreciate all their hard work. The furnace and smart thermostat looks great.
Justin was great. He B-lined it straight to issue, and fixed it all in impeccable time. Never had such fast and efficient service
I wanted him to slow down (I didn’t say that to him), but I could tell he needed to work at his own pace, which I respected, because the issue was definitely fixed.
We even struck up a conversation. He was very respectful, too. I mean, above and beyond the typical respect that Lawrence people provide. I know. I have lived here most of my life.

Scott Temperature’s service tech Justin was amazing. Our heat pump went out when it was in the 80’s of course, and he diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly. Even when the required part took more than a week to get in, he made sure to follow through with us proactively, and this was as I was traveling due to a death in the family. It was a costly fix but he was here for hours and it’s done properly. Plus the office staff is great. Kudos to you all.
We and our out-of-town guests noticed an odor like burning wire insulation, our HVAC system turned off and it was late on 4/16 (after hours). We called and left a message requesting a call back. First thing on 4/17 we got a call and Jonathan was on his way. He arrived by 9AM, he diagnosed our burned out fan motor, he replaced the motor, serviced both HVAC systems and we were up and running by noon. We have older Lennox systems that are fully functional because of the excellent work and maintenance from Scott Temperature.
