Dr. Primack is simply the best! With his support I lost 65 pounds 16 years ago and over the years I was able to maintain my weight loss within 10 pounds. Now, on a path to losing those 10 pounds, Dr. P is again providing the support I need to get me back to my goal weight set 16 years ago! From the first 65 to now, none of my success would have been possible without Dr. P.
His staff is also great - professional and encouraging.

Scottsdale Weight Loss Center at the Biltmore truly changed my life.
I didn’t just lose the weight — I got my life back. The constant aches and pains are gone, I’m no longer out of breath going up the stairs, and for the first time in a long time, I have real energy again.
What made the biggest difference was the people. Every step of the way, I felt encouraged, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness and belief in me helped me believe in myself. I am so grateful for this program and couldn’t recommend it more.

Find a different place don’t waste your time. It’s all about the money and they must pressure their providers to see a lot of members but don’t care about the provides ability to actually provide care

I have been a client before and was very satisfied. Diana Bone, FNP is very compassionate and wants everyone to succeed. If something doesn’t work, try something else. She is very committed to her patients. All her staff are very kind and professional.

I’ve been on a lot of diets, but I have found this one is easy to follow. I enjoy that I have to go in once a week and the doctor and I have a conversation. It works great for me. I recommend it.

I go to the Biltmore office and have seen marvelous results (43 lbs/19.5kg lost in 9 weeks). That alone would be enough for five stars for me. Beyond the large, and healthy, weight loss is the outstanding care. From the time I walk in for an appointment until I leave afterwards, every single staff member is on the ball and engaged. They are thoughtful, provide helpful suggestions, and make every visit a display of absolutely outstanding patient care.
I really love seeing people excel at what they do, and this team excels.
Update: I reached my goal in June of 2025 and I am back to my college graduation weight. I have been able to maintain it for the past several months, and I continue to be very happy with the results.
