This is the 2nd time I have used this law firm! This time my Lawyer was Josh Sene. This guy knows his stuff. He always made sure I was knew everything going on. Anytime Josh made a recommendation, he would say ... "I wouldn't encourage my mother or my sister to take this offer.'" I felt like family. Legal assistant that I had the most contact with was Tiffany Fijardo. If I couldn't get ahold of Josh, I knew that whatever I needed to convey to him would get to him. Fees were fair & very much worth it when 11 days before Trial, my case was Dismissed. I Will not use any other law firm. Even though my case has been dismissed, he is getting ready to court again on my behalf to make sure that they cant refile charges. This whole firm Is AMAZING!!!!!

From the first phone call I knew I was in good hands. The onboarding and execution went as seamless and frictionless as I could have expected. Vicki was the lawyer I choose to handle my case. She came with a wealth of patience and was very firm and believed in the decisions I needed to make to get a mutually agreeable outcome for my case. My experience has been full white glove with the occasional input/task on my part being out of state. If I was in state I feel they would have handled 100% of everything. Being out of state required .05% effort on my part. If you are in-state or out of state they will work hard for you and will always keep you updated on your case. They work around your schedule the absolute best they can. It is a Win/Win approach with them. I recommend giving them your case. Hope this helps anyone who was in the position I was in make an informed decision and feel more comfortable with the decision from day 1. DUIs don't have to be complicated with great legal team behind you.

I was represented by Joshua Sene on my DUI case. This guy is the real deal I will say. I was so worried about the outcome of my case but once Josh took charge of my case he definitely put me at ease. I saw a few different attorneys before I spoke to Josh and he’s was the most professional but more importantly he cared and listened to my concerns. He made himself accessible to me whenever I had questions and was patient also. He got me a great outcome on my case. I don’t plan on having to need another attorney anytime again, however if I did need one I would definitely not hesitate in calling Josh again nor would I hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of a great lawyer.
