I recently completed a 12-week fitness program with Scott Laidler, and I can honestly say it's been a transformative experience. From the start, Scott provided a personalized macro-based meal plan that matched my lifestyle and goals. The workouts were challenging yet achievable, and the mobility sequences really helped with flexibility and injury prevention. Over the 12 weeks, I lost about 10 pounds and saw major improvements in energy levels, strength gains, and clothing fit. I also gained noticeable muscle mass, especially in my arms and legs. What really set this program apart was the weekly check-ins through Scott's app. That accountability was exactly what I needed to stay consistent, especially during busy work weeks. After consistently attending the gym and maintaining a running regime for years I felt progress had plateaued despite regular exercise. The structure Scott put in place for both weight regimes and diet almost immediately made a difference. I was so impressed with the development of strength and muscle definition within weeks of following Scott’s guidance. Scott has been responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and most importantly, the structure he puts in place works! Would definitely recommend Scott and will be working with him again into the future.

Working with Scott has been transformative and life changing. There are not enough good things I can say about my experience working with Scott, both in my initial 12 week programming and now on a continued monthly basis. From day one Scott listened to my history with athletics and working out in my younger years, the struggles of finding time for working out amidst work and family commitments with two young kids, and my desired goals for myself along this new fitness journey. Scott’s expert programming and guidance put me on a path of creating better habits, which quickly led to positive changes. Results not only included physical transformation in the form of muscular development, but also higher baseline energy levels, mobility and postural improvements, and a new mindset of wholistic lifestyle changes. The programming was thorough and the adaptive changes as we progressed kept things fresh helping me stay motivated and excited for each new session. Scott was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations every step along the way. I joined Scott’s programme a year after I gave birth and had just lost all of my love for the gym and needed someone to be accountable to. I consider myself quite fit but his workouts initially made me feel the complete opposite - although after a few weeks, I really started to see my body change and the workouts become easier. Scott was immediately responsive, extremely helpful and felt like he was there 24/7 if I needed him. His workouts were different every week and fun - I get bored very easily so this really worked for me and I was listened to what I wanted. I can’t thank Scott enough for getting me back on track. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone

I can’t ask for a better online PT experience. Scott has been absolutely incredible with tailoring exercises, a nutrition plan and workout plans based on my needs, my capabilities and goals. He’s been extremely supportive, approachable and understanding throughout my time working with him. I’ve worked with so many programs but I can safely say that I’ve only been able to see results working with Scott :)

An amazing plan and coach - tailored to your needs and easy to fit around a very busy lifestyle. I highly recommend Scott; he’s listened to all of my needs and has tailored a plan to fit my journey (including through injuries!). The routine check ins are great for accountability and Scott is always at your finger tips if you want to change and tweak your plan to meet your goals and training regimens.

I've found using Scott's training program to be an extremely positive experience. The app helps to keep you focussed on what you need to do each day and it was manageable to fit activities into my daily routine. Indeed, it really helped me to build more productive habits. The meal plan is great as it is very comprehensive and there are lots of options to choose from. I'm very happy with my results and I've noticed a difference in my physical well-being.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Scott and his program. I had been doing online personal training workouts for a few years but was just not keeping the workouts up. In addition the previous workouts were boring and not challenging. With Scott's mobility routine I was challenged straight away and quickly got back into the sun salutations and downward dogs I had been doing in yoga some years ago (I'm 66). This allowed me to attend a yoga summer school I really enjoyed. It made me realise that a lot of my limitations were in my head and that with Scott's support I could overcome them. It is a holistic program, challenging without being overwhelming and has really made me accountable. I have become in general a more active and positive person so the benefits extend way beyond the increase in weights and squats - although that has happened too. I would definitely recommend signing up for this!

Scott was fantastic at catering a plan to me and also building me a food plan which came with recommended foods or guidelines for macros to hit. I've found the main benefit of this plan is having someone to hold you accountable, it's much harder to miss a workout when you've spent money on a plan and you're being held accountable!

The fitness plan Scott prepared really suited my lifestyle and I feel the healthiest and most energetic I have in a long time. I’ve also strengthened and balanced out my body even better than I expected possible in three months. Another great aspect is the daily habit plan Scott sets for you on the app. Getting the full picture of lifestyle habits brings the best results. Overall working with Scott has been great he is very attentive and professional, his expertise is clear. I would highly recommend.

A great experience over the last 12 weeks. Losing 10.1kg and 11.5cm around my waist, along with losses all over my body. Wasn't massively restricting, just eating well (was barely ever hungry) and training adaptions. During the 12 weeks, also went on an All Inclusive holiday, attended a friends wedding, several BBQs etc. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Scott has been really helpful. His fitness course has allowed me to find a new balance and rhythm with my eating and exercise that works within my lifestyle and has helped me lose 6kgs! He has been supportive and offered clear advice but has never been pushy which I've found fantastic whilst trying to find my feet. If you are looking for some support on your fitness journey I really recommend his services to set you up on the right path to results in a way that will be able to be maintained and realistic.

Scott is a great personal trainer, attentive to detail and my needs, the training programme was tailor-made to what I was hoping to achieve and is easy to follow. I very quickly built my stamina and started seeing the results and my more toned, healthier body. Within 3 months I achieved much more than I ever did in the gym! I also really like that my exercises can be done anywhere - all I need is my resistance bands.

Scott has been incredible since the very beginning of the process. He is easy to talk with and has crafted excellent programmes for both diet and exercise. In terms of the diet programme, he created a menu, which included dietary restrictions, perfectly. When it came to making substitutes, he was able to offer guidance so that the plan worked for my daily life and what was available to me. The adaptability of the dietary changes was perfect. The programme gave me a better understanding of how to fuel better for exercise. I've never particularly followed a diet before but this has helped me create lasting lifestyle changes. In terms of the exercise programme, Scott has built sessions which target the areas I want to work on and he is open to any changes that are needed to make a programme that fits into a busy lifestyle, whilst helping me reach my goals. I am seeing positive changes in my stability and strength, which were my main aims. Scott's weekly messages help give a summary of the week's efforts, which serve as a boost to morale by showing what has been achieved throughout the week. Scott is very approachable, understanding and supportive and I highly recommend his superb service.
