I required cleaning of carpets and hard flooring as we were moving and I wanted it to be in good nick for those who had bought the property.
What a dream job was accomplished in a day Scott&sons made my house look like a show home and one I was proud of. They were efficient, kind, hard working and nothing was any trouble to them. And even better they left on time and without fuss.
I cannot reccomend them highly enough and I have already reccomended them to a school to work their magic on their flooring to at last, bring it back to its best.

Have given one star as you can't leave a review without any stars at all. Otherwise, would not give any stars as they never turned up. Booked in for May, which they cancelled and rebooked for June which I had to cancel as the outside of the house was being painted. The earliest they rebooked for was August and cancelled at late notice and rebooked for September and cancelled again at late notice.

Hi Debbie, I am sorry that we had no option but to refund you when the head window cleaner had a hernia operation. As you rightly said one of the occasions we tried to attend was cancelled by you. We always do the best we can for all our customers and in your instance felt the best option was a full refund for such an intricate job.
Lovely guys arrived promptly this morning. Very professional service - cleaned my windows sofits and facias . All sparkly bright. I have already recommended them to neighbours and friends.
