This was a great pub tour with a light version of Scottish history mixed in. Tom was a great story teller and also did a great job of expand9ng everyone's beer horizons. I think this tour is great even in addition to any other historical tour you might take!

Amazing tour with Tom!
Tom was great! He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. The walk wasn’t strenuous at all and Tom really tried to find something that everyone in the group would like. I ended up liking a few beer even though I’m not a big drinker (went on the tour for my partner). Would definitely recommend the tour & especially Tom. He also gave us some great recs for food, pubs, and things to do in Edinburgh (and around Scotland).

Loved the history of the tour, covered a lot of the beer and history of Edinburgh. Tom was very knowledgeable and was great to listen to. Visited three pubs with a few different tastings. Highly recommend.

This was an informative and entertaining tour. Our guide, Iain taught us about different beers and brewing processes. It was an easy-walking route, peppered with stops where Iain gave us some historical background to what we were seeing. We enjoyed beers we would probably not have tried ourselves.
