Beer tour with Iain
We had a fabulous tour! We thought we knew a lot about beer but Iain really surprised us with a few facts we did not know yet! The variety of beers we had to taste makes this tour even for the none beerdrinkers a great experience! An overall great experience with a great guide, interesting, funny and who really knows his stuff! Thnx Iain for this great tour!

Private Pilot Brewery Tour
Had a fantastic tour of Pilot brewery with Ian. The tour was informative and fun with Ian showing a great passion and knowledge for his beers but joined in with the jokes and laughter of the group. A really great experience, thank you.

Very exciting
Very exciting experience in the lovely city of Edinburgh, exploring its culture and beers. We had our guide Iain all for ourselves which made it even more special. Iain was very friendly and entertaining. Definitely a worthy tour! Ps: the beers were top!

We had a great tour around Edinburgh with Iain - it's an awesome way to get your bearings and enjoy some great beers, I wish we had scheduled it for our first day in the city. Iain had great way of weaving in the history of the city and beer while running a relaxed and engaging tour. I appreciate how he offered to tailor the beer selection to our preferences. In the end we were all open to trying a variety of styles and he didn't disappoint with his curation. Kudos and thanks Iain! I wish we didn't have to run for dinner and could have enjoyed more pints with you. Thanks for the movie recommendations too :)

Best way to spend a Saturday!
We visited the Pilot brewery in Leith for a tour and beer tasting. We were with another couple so was great to get a more personal experience! Mhairi was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, really gave us a good explanation of the brewery and the process involved. We were also very impressed with the selection of beers we got to try, was really good as I've never really tried stout or porter.

We took the Scott Beer Tour in Edinburgh led by Iain. It was a great afternoon. Iain wove the history of Scotland into the history of beer. We got a great overview of the city, its past and the importance of beer in both. Iain's knowledge of beer and Scottish history was extensive and he made the tour entertaining as well as educational. We tasted a variety of beers learning about beer brewing in the process. We highly recommend this tour...also, thanks, Iain, for the haggis recommendations!

This tour is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend booking it. We learned a lot of interesting history about the production of beer and whiskey in Scotland as well as general Scottish history. Our tour guide, Wag, was awesome. He was engaging and friendly. We were lucky enough to be on a small tour so the whole experience felt very natural and almost personalized. Wag is super knowledgeable and had a ton of good pub and experience recommendations for after the conclusion of the tour. I’d definitely recommend booking this!

Had the Tour at 3pm on March 30th. What a fabulous and passionate gentleman. I truly appreciated his company and knowledge of Scotland and beer among other things. Beer tastings were fantastic as well. I highly reccomend.!
