The Perfect Way to Explore Scottish Pub Culture
I highly recommend this experience to everyone. Iain was an excellent guide. As we walked between the pubs, he constantly shared fascinating insights about Scotland’s history and the beer-making process, which made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We visited three different bars and had three beer tastings at each stop, and the atmosphere in every place was warm and welcoming. Since I don’t drink beer, Iain was incredibly thoughtful and kindly offered me cider instead, which I really appreciated. His friendliness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the whole experience even more memorable, and it was a fantastic way to explore the local culture.
We had Wag as our guide who was very kind and knowledgable. He was like an encyclopaedia when it came to pub and beer history. What particularly interested me, were the personal stories our guide Wag was able to tell of his own travels in Europe and the world. This gave the stories behind the beers and pubs extra weight and commemorations

Wonderful experience with the Edinburgh Pubs tour! Christy, our terrific guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about beers, pubs & their place in the rich history of Edinburgh! She discussed the fascinating history of Edinburgh, inquired about our beer preferences/knowledge & then broadened our palates & horizons with her excellent selection of beers at the 3 pubs that we visited. The pubs were all very different, unique & a lot of fun. Very enjoyable and highly recommended experience!

Great Pub and Brew History
We chose this tour well ahead of our mid March trip and was not disapointed. I wish I could remember our tour guide's name because she was amazing at explaining the history, the pubs, and the array of brews we tasted. Would recommend for the value and information.
