We love Mark! He's great to work with and communicates effectively. We know when he's coming, so that we can make sure that our 4 Great Danes are inside our home.

I live in Lancaster Community in Westfield Indiana where 100’s of children live & play. Your drivers have been discussed numerous times on our neighborhood web site regarding accessible speeds. Please slow TF down before u kill one of our precious children!!
I just had my first service with Scoop Masters Austin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They did an excellent job cleaning the yard, and I also added the yard deodorizer service, which left everything smelling fresh and clean.
The team was prompt, efficient, and thorough. They made sure everything was picked up, and nothing was missed. I appreciated receiving a text notification when they were on their way, as well as a photo of the closed gate after the service was completed for added peace of mind.
My pup was also thrilled with the treat they left behind! When I initially set up service, I spoke directly with the owner, who was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. The online customer portal is another great feature, making it simple to manage appointments, change contact info or addresses, and keep track of everything.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Scoop Masters Austin!

I greatly appreciate the glowing review. Glad Max took good care of yall.
Most outrageous experience I’ve ever experienced with the business owner, Tim. I called him on March 30th to request a monthly cleanup as offered on their website. Then randomly got this invoice and charge on my credit card of $50. I called the owner to further understand what was going on, And he said he saw I wasn’t charged for three weeks so he went ahead and charge me….. After fully telling me he would change me to monthly. While on the phone with him, he continued to argue with me and said we never spoke on the phone. I had to make him check his call logs to finally confirm. Then, I asked how can you charge someone if no one came out here to perform a service. He then said it was the employee’s fault, and he would be taking the money out of their paycheck. I will not be doing business with a person like this. Arguing with a grown man who doesn’t know which way is up. Outrageous. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (Please see photos confirming proof we did speak, proof of his monthly option online, and proof that he randomly charged me $50 dollars after charging me for a week.)
Edit: they also broke my gate, which I honestly should be sending them an invoice for…

Howdy. I am sorry you feel that way. Did you click on the monthly price? if you did, you would have saw the price was $0.00 because we do not offer monthly scooping service. The monthly option is only there for add on services like odor control and patio rinsing and disinfecting. I told you that over the phone, however I am assuming that concept was hard for you to grasp. As for the large invoice, we had not been there for a month, so there was a month of waste to get picked up. Therefore the price would have been more than the weekly cost. You were trying to get monthly service at the once a week price which assumes there is only 1 week of waste to pick up. If you cant afford $14.99 a week, you didn't have to sign up for service. As I said before, I wish you the best.

Recently, my wife broke her hip and needed a hip replacement. As I am somewhat disabled, I am unable to do what I have done before and take care of business in our backyard with our two dogs. Tim and his team are reliable and most reasonable. I have used their service now for two weeks and have not had any issues. At this point, I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the service. Thank you, Tim.

Thank you for your kind words! We do our best to keep our friends happy.
My luck keeps changing and I recently broke my back. When I call Scoop Masters they never let me down. Too boot our cleaner leaves out treats at the end of a cleanup which never ceases to please my hound dogs! They LOVE him!
